Flight cases for LED panels & screens

LED panels and large displays are most vulnerable on their surfaces and corners. We build slim and large-volume cases with divided storage, soft contact surfaces and running gear that carries the full weight.

Fragile surfaces

Divided compartments with soft lining — panels never touch or rub against each other.

Heavy weight

Reinforced floor, robust braked castors and folding handles for safe handling.

Series pieces

For touring and installations we build series of identical cases with unified storage and marking.

What we build

Typical solutions in this category

  • Slim cases for flat displays and TVs (up to 100" and beyond)
  • Cases with compartments for LED panels — vertical dividers
  • Large wheeled cases for rigging and accessories
  • Case series for touring and equipment rental

Typical real-world scenarios

LED panels travel in sets — so we design cases for whole walls: vertical soft-lined compartments, panel beside panel, quantities matching the wall configuration. Control units, cabling and mounting accessories get their own cases.

Protecting the display surface

An LED module must never carry weight through its surface — we size the compartments so the panel sits on its frame and the surface stays clear. Soft lining prevents scratching; vertical guides hold the panel even under braking.

What we recommend for this category

  • Vertical compartments sized to the panel — the panel sits on its frame, no pressure on the surface
  • Sets for whole walls — compartment counts match the configuration
  • Cases for control equipment — processors, cabling, accessories kept separate
  • Wheeled build — quiet braked castors, reinforced floor

Common mistakes you’ll avoid

  • Panels stacked flat on each other — pressure on the display surface
  • No soft lining: micro-scratched edges
  • One case for panels and tools — metal next to a display
  • Undersized castors on heavy sets

Z praxe: for an AV company we built a case set for a 4×3 m LED wall — panels in vertical compartments of eight, separate cases for processors and cabling. The wall goes up with no searching and not a single damaged pixel.

FAQ

What people ask

How do you protect the display surface?

The display sits in a soft-lined compartment cut exactly to size, with no contact with hard parts. Years of experience with AV equipment.

Can one case carry several panels at once?

Yes, we design divided cases for multiple panels with a reinforced floor and running gear sized to the total weight.

Do you build series for equipment rental too?

Yes, series of identical cases with unified storage, marking and optional logo printing.

How many panels fit in one case?

Depends on panel size and weight — typically 6–10 in vertical compartments. We design the set around your wall configuration.

How do you protect panel corners and edges?

Soft-lined compartments guide the panel by its frame; the display surface touches nothing.

Do you also handle cases for control units?

Yes — processors, senders and cabling get their own case with custom foam.

Can the castors carry a case full of panels?

Yes, for heavy sets we use higher-capacity castors and a reinforced floor.
