Built around your equipment
No universal sizes — we design the case from the contents out: dimensions, weight, sensitivity and handling determine the construction.
Custom manufacturing · Czechia & the EU
We build each flight case around exactly what you carry: millimetre-precise dimensions, an interior CNC-cut to the shape of your equipment, and hardware that survives daily use. From a single piece to full series for touring and rental.

What we build
The body is built from panels with a tough Hexagon surface — strong, relatively light and easy to clean. Edges are held by aluminium profiles, corners are protected with metal fittings. We use proven hardware only: butterfly latches (lockable too), recessed handles and, on wheeled cases, braked Blickle 100 mm castors. Every component is replaceable, so the case lasts years, not seasons.
We start from your brief — equipment dimensions or outer limits (doorways, van), photos or a spec sheet are enough. We prepare a construction and interior layout proposal with a quote; you can also try everything in advance in the online 3D designer. Once approved, we build in the Czech Republic and deliver the finished case anywhere in Czechia and the EU.
We build everything from small single-instrument trunks (roughly from 40 × 30 × 15 cm) to large wheeled cases over two metres tall. Depending on construction, load capacity ranges from a few to hundreds of kilograms — for heavy rigs we reinforce the floor and fit higher-capacity castors. The deciding factors are always the outer limits: door height, lift and the vehicle’s load bed. Measure those in advance — we calculate everything else for you, including allowance for foam inserts.
The most common combinations: removable vs. hinged lid, single- or double-sided access, drawers below + compartments above, 19" rack rails for audio and IT equipment, a slide-out worktop, and marking (engraving, labels, logo print). You can preview every option in the 3D designer and send it straight as an inquiry.

FAQ
The price depends on dimensions, construction and equipment (drawers, foam, castors…). The design and quote are free and non-binding — send an inquiry and we’ll prepare one for your case.
Yes. We build anything from single pieces to series for touring, equipment rental and industry, including unified marking.
It depends on complexity and current workload. We confirm the exact date together with the quote — think weeks rather than days.
No problem — send approximate figures, photos or a spec sheet. We fine-tune the dimensions together before production.
A flight case is built for repeated professional transport: rigid construction, metal corners, quality hardware and an interior shaped to the contents. A regular trunk offers only limited protection.
