02Purpose of the website
The website presents the operator’s products and services — custom manufacturing of transport cases and trunks — and enables non-binding contact through the inquiry form and the 3D designer. The website is not an e-shop; no orders or payments take place through it.
03No-obligation inquiry
- Submitting the inquiry form or a 3D designer configuration is not an order or the conclusion of a contract.
- The inquiry is non-binding and serves to prepare a solution design and a quote.
- A contractual relationship arises only through a separate agreement (e.g. confirmation of a quote) outside this website.
- Inquiry data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
04Content and intellectual property
The website’s content (texts, photographs, graphics, 3D models, logos and other elements) is protected by copyright and is the property of the operator unless stated otherwise. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior consent. Viewing and personal non-commercial use is permitted.

Information, depictions and parameters (including 3D designer previews and photos of past builds) are for information only. The actual custom-made product may differ according to the specific brief and agreement. The operator strives for accuracy and currency of information but does not guarantee the completeness and faultlessness of all content.

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any unavailability of the website, for damage arising from its use, or for the content of third-party sites the website links to.
