Construction that lasts
The base is Hexagon-surface panels and aluminium profiles — a combination that withstands repeated loading, freight handling and rougher treatment. Metal corners protect the most stressed points; quality latches and handles (Adam Hall, Penn Elcom) are replaceable. Wheeled cases get braked Blickle 100 mm castors; for higher loads we reinforce the floor.
Dimensions start from reality
Before designing we go through not just your equipment dimensions but the outer limits too: door height, lift, vehicle load bed, airline weight limits. That way the case brings no surprises on loading day. You can think the design through in the online 3D configurator and send it straight as an inquiry.
Typical dimensions & load capacity
Small transport trunks start around 40 × 30 × 15 cm, universal wheeled cases sit around 60–120 cm tall, and large-volume ones go over 180 cm. For long objects (tripods, profiles, poles) we build long trunks made to length. Load capacity is sized to the contents — from hand-carry trunks to cases rated for hundreds of kilograms with a reinforced floor.
How production works
Five steps lead from inquiry to finished case: brief (dimensions, photos, requirements) → construction and interior design → quote → production in Czechia → delivery. We fine-tune the design together until it fits — production starts only after your approval. The date is confirmed with the quote.

In practice the terms overlap — flight case is the established industry term for a professional transport case. With us it’s always a custom construction shaped to the contents.
How much load can a case take?
Depending on construction, typically tens to hundreds of kilograms — we size the load capacity to the contents; for heavy rigs we reinforce the floor and fit higher-capacity castors.

Yes, atypical dimensions and shapes are routine briefs — we design the case exactly around your object.
Can I design the case myself?
